Your Name: To register for The Needlework Show, submit the registration form to the left. Registrations accepted up to 7 days prior to the show start date. At our discretion, registrations may be accepted closer to the show opening.

You must submit a valid email address. Email is our primary method of communicating with you.
Many of the emails that we send are automated. We send an email after you've registered, then another when we process your payment. We also send emails concerning any show changes, reminders about deadlines, etc. If it seems as if we're not regularly contacting you, you're probably not receiving our emails! Please contact us!

Acceptable methods of payment are Check/Money Order and PayPal. A credit card can be used through Paypal (no Paypal account is needed).
This is NOT your identifier, but a password YOU choose. You will use this to access your information during the show.

The following is a list of information you may need for your show booth:
  • A company logo, if one is available, and company description.
  • Your minimums, shipping information, and acceptable payment options.
  • Names and prices (wholesale and suggested retail) for your products.
  • Detailed product descriptions, if desired.
  • Images, in .gif, .jpg., or .bmp format, preferably at least 400x400. You are responsible for the quality of the images you submit!

    Cancellations: In the event that a paid vendor cannot participate in (or complete their show information for) The Needlework Show for any reason, the vendor's "booth" will not be displayed during the show. This is necessary so that we may present a quality, complete show. Product and booth information MUST BE submitted at least 72 hrs. prior to the opening of the show. Any submissions beyond this deadline may or may not be accepted for the show. No refunds will be given. In the event of technical failure, the show will be presented at the next earliest possible date.
